Customer Reviews
Poor customer service. I asked this lady for a specific scent for a lotion and she aggressively pointed at the scent while almost shouting where it was, same lady that I overheard being rude to other staff loudly asking them if they are paying attention (something you say nicely and privately). Oh and the cashier that is almost belittling me by her look because I only bought one lotion, insisting if I’m using my rewards or not. I have some cash that I would love to pay with, but almost pushed on completing the purchase quickly so she can go back chit chatting with her co-cashier. Such a weird experience. I’d rather go somewhere else..
Treading carefully to refine my masculine side at a store that predominantly caters to the feminine crowd. Was checking out products and a few minutes later, i turn around. Lo and behold, there is this highly anxious employee watching me the entire time. Should have walked out right then and there. There are a couple of good products, but it is easier to buy online rather than at their sham sale.
Bath & Body Works sells things like soap, shampoo, lotion, and other skin care products. I like the things at the body shop more but Bath & Body Works is less expensive, especially when there are big sales like there are now.
The associate was friendly but sort of overly pushy about me saving my higher value reward for later. I didn't feel like fighting her on it and let her use my cheaper one. Now I'm going to have to come back to the store in the next two days cause the one I wanted to use was going to expire soon. I don't really like shopping in store period so it's upsetting I'm going to have to come back. I would have much rather she just scanned the one that was expiring soon like I initially pulled up for her. I would have loved to have saved the one she scanned for the February scents. I don't make much so I won't be getting those ones otherwise. Also no one greeted me or offered help when I came in or while I was shopping. I had to keep finding the one associate to ask any questions.
Had a great experience today, don’t shop here often and was shopping for my girlfriend and an employee by the name of “Andy” made it so easy to pick stuff out and made the experience so much easier. This is a great location and I’ll be shopping here again!
