Don't bother with customer service - they're nice until you check out. My bag was obviously faulty as it ripped 5 minutes after purchase, luckily not breaking my candles. As I'm awkwardly carrying this in both arms, they refuse to replace the bag without charging me. It's just the principle of it - never going back again. Completely ridiculous. Make sure the bags you sell people actually work instead of charging them for your mistake.

As soon as I walked in the store. I was being watched by the counter lady. That day I had worn a head scarf and I was dressed very comfy. I wasn’t sure why every time I looked that way she was staring and would continue to do so until I got in line. Once in line I observed her greet each customer until she got to me. Not a “hi”not a “did you find everything” nothing she started to ring my items and then asked for my money. My mom raised me to speak up when I feel like I’m being treated unfairly and this was one of those moments feeling uncomfortable and obviously not wanted in the store. Their candles and wallflowers are the best! The employees have always been super friendly and helpful at this location. The store has always been well stocked and tidy, even during their semi annual sale. They will let you use the coupon from retailmenot if there is one available on there and you don't have one with you. Love this store!

I came here to find a birthday gift for a friend of my grandson. They take precautions to keep their customers safe from the Covid-9 virus by constantly sanitizing surfaces, having six feet marking. I like the ideal that they constantly sanitize. They have a wide selection of body wash,creams, candles, diffusers. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products, as well as very helpful. They had many sales going on. I was able to purchase candles, body wash and creams that were on sale.

Wow... in the massive crowd there was when we went staff was still asking every person if they needed help. I bet it was an exhausting day. We found so many good new recommendations and I've been going to bath and body works for decades. Definitely great experience and the lines weren't even a long wait they were so fast and friendly.
