Bath & Body Works

This is by far the WORST place to go to! I placed an order I needed it the same day. It’s Sunday the next day I didn’t get a call text or email about my order. I had to call. I spoke to the manager she didn’t seem to care at all. On top of that I didn’t even receive all my order said they ran out. I will never shop there again.

Ordered candles on the 7/27 at 3:50 pm they don’t close till 6. All candles were listed available for pickup . I waited and waited they usually are good about having them ready the same day. They cancelled them after 3 on 7/28. I recently moved here but I will travel back just to avoid this again .

I absolutely love Bath and Body Works! The service is always fantastic — the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making every shopping trip a pleasant experience. I always make sure to stock up on my 3-wick candles during Candle Day, as they’re such a great deal and smell amazing. While there are a few fragrances I wish they hadn’t discontinued, I’ve still found several new favorites. I also can't get enough of their plug-ins; they keep my home smelling fresh and inviting. Plus, their rewards program is excellent — it's so easy to earn rewards, making each visit even more rewarding. Highly recommend Bath and Body Works for all your home fragrance and personal care needs!

Normally love this store but if I could give it negative reviews today I would. My cashier was actively on the phone on her earpiece getting me confused with who she was talking to and put my phone number in wrong. I actively put into practice ending phone calls before interacting in transactions and I expect the same from a place of business. Very disappointed
