**Date:** January 5, 2025 **Time:** 10:06 AM Pentagon City Mall, Arlington, VA I drove to this particular shop because it stated that it opened at 10 AM. And I have an appointment to attend in a few minutes. When I arrived, I noticed two shopkeepers inside the store, busy with their tasks and seemingly indifferent to the customer waiting at the door. Even when I tried to communicate with them, they did not bother to come to the door to repeat themselves, instead giving eye-rolls and displaying unpleasant facial expressions. This experience made me feel very disappointed and sad for the company and on the work man ship of the company specifically in this shop. I don’t have any issues with the products, but I do have concerns about the service from the staff at this location. Today, around noon, I went to pick up my online order and was assisted by a Black woman wearing a hijab. She initially asked me for the last four digits of my order, but I had difficulty understanding her because English is my second language. She repeated the question three times, and with each repetition, her attitude became more impatient. After receiving my order, I requested to check it to ensure everything was correct at counter. She then loudly called out to her coworker, "SHE WANTS TO CHECK HER ORDER!" Her tone seemed frustrated, and it felt like she was annoyed by what I were doing. BEen going to this place but today I had a delightful experience doing returns with a lady (asian american? latina american?) She was very kind and understanding and just was so swift in helping. She's very pleasant and great at her job. All of them were mostly nice but she stood out for me because I thought her customer service was exceptional.

Store was very clean. Checkout line was a little long but not terrible for the holidays. Some more organization or flow could be helpful I made the entire line to pick up an online order only to be told to wait to the side. While waiting staff were talking and on their phones while I was right in front of them waiting for my order.
