I’d like to give a big shoutout to Ms.Lynn for helping me with my purchases the other day. When I say this woman has the gift of gab you have no idea. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would spend $427.33 on bath items alone. She was very professional and insightful with all of the products and actually understood my needs perfectly. My only complaint is that others were very nonchalant and didn’t try to help me but not Ms.Lynn I would personally give her 5 stars if I could. If anyone wants good service ask for Ms.lynn I just wish she were at the store most of the times

I ran in today to treat myself to some of the new Disney villains stuff and I wish I had gotten the name of the 2 young ladies that were working there today.its hard to find people anymore that have any kind of customer service skills and these 2 girls were both very friendly and polite as well as helpful!

Shout to the amazing two woman that were here today on 07/16/25 very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They made my day I was coming to do a pick up order and wind up buying even more stuff. I just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart and appreciate amazing Customer Service I wish you nothing but the best.

Got some coupons in the mail so went to check it out, been some time once I've been to one. Nice store, great selection, good deals and the staff are really nice.

Phil, an associate greeted me when I walked in and I told him I’m really “just looking” but wouldn’t mind finding a new scent outside of my fave’s. Long story short, he asked me what scents I like and after telling him …it was off to the races. We basically did a quick breeze throughout the store and he introduced me to a small handful of NEW scents. What I appreciate was his in depth knowledge about everything and how well he explained it all. His presentation and delivery wasn’t annoying or boring like most workers trying to get you to spend money. It wasn’t 5 minutes but it wasn’t long and drawn out either. In a nutshell I’m soooo happy I walked in and I’m even happier with my purchases. Thank you Phil, you are so appreciated 🥰
