The store was not busy at all, yet I was not greeted when I entered. When another customer came in after me, the staff immediately noticed them and offered a basket. I honestly felt invisible. There was no greeting when I left either. Very disappointing customer service.

it was a great experience. There was a young lady named Sonia that helped us every year around. The holidays is our tradition to go and she just made me want to send all my family. She was so helpful and I appreciate the service come see her. she will help direct you with all your holiday needs.

Shout out to Deidre fir her great customer service! The rest of the staff could use some on-the-job training in customer service. Big B&BW fan, and this location is very convenient for me. HOWEVER, the customer service at this location is terrible! Unless you're at the register paying for your purchase, don't expect a greeting when entering or exiting this store. I was last there on 9 January, the store was pretty slow, and four members of the staff were standing around talking with what seemed to be a mutual friend. Not a single one bothered to greet me or welcome me into the store. I knew what I was looking for, so I headed to the front (where they were located) to grab my items. Up until today this was my favorite location. Friendly staff that usually just greeted me and let me shop. Today I was greeted by a car salesman at the door. Seriously. After thanking her for the offer of help but I knew what I was looking for, she kept coming over to whatever I was looking at to comment on it. I finally just got so uncomfortable I checked out the few things I had and left. I understand being friendly, but lurking behind customers is very unnerving.

I was with my wife as she shopped for candles. The store was spotless and the staff was very friendly in offering assistance. However, our experience at checkout was nothing short of spectacular! Lisa assisted us at checkout and she has a kindness about her that is rarely seen today. She didn’t just scan our items and take our money. She was helpful in locating my wife’s account to make sure she got her rewards and helped her with getting the app setup on her phone. She even noticed an up sale opportunity and got the sale. Lisa made my day with her genuine kindness.
