Bath & Body Works

Great place for buying makeup and lip gloss! We came here to get a gift for my friends birthday. My friend really likes bath and body works and I can’t say I disagree. The shelves are organized and the staff is professional.

Extremely rude and unprofessional night manager. No respect or courtesy for customers whatsoever. I was treated very poorly, despite making a large holiday purchase. Cashier was incredibly off putting as well. I would strongly urge customers to go to another Bath & Body Works in the area. You’re bound to receive much better service. I wish I could reach out to Customer Service to lodge a complaint against these people. Absolutely disgusting behavior. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Love all the bath products and candles! Only complaint is that every visit, they want me to enter my phone number (for "free" rewards). Pretty sure it's well known to virtually everyone that companies sell your phone number, and I always decline to avoid more spam emails/phone calls/scams. Tonight the cashier was not only pushy after my declining twice, I spotted an employee tally where they marked whether customers accepted or declined the "rewards". I'm guessing there's some kind of sales incentive for the employees, but it's obnoxious.

First we love the products, but this has now happened to us twice and felt the need to leave a review. During checkout the lady missed an item, had to buy so many for the deal. No big deal returned the items and rerun the sale, and we left. Get all the way home 25 minutes away and looked at the slip she never put our coupon back on the sale. This has now happened a few times, and I don’t have the time to go all the way back to the store. So now we are out $10 a second time.
