This store is strange. They have a line outside for people to enter even though there isn't almost any one inside. They act like they are nice while giving underhanded comments. Staff members always working in the worst possible spot preventing customers from shopping freely.

Usually, I don't have a problem with this store. The Altamonte Mall location is far friendlier & more helpful but this one is ok. Today, I'm buying mist & trying out scents but the lady stocking could not give me space long enough to make a decision. Literally crouched down in front of me pulling mist out of a drawer. And another reaches over my head to put something up. Both were of a more mature age, you'd think they would know better.

The people that work in this store and especially the managers are so nice. They're very helpful and patient. They have a large variety of items specialties. Soaps, creams. Hand washes that smell wonderful. And they have great sales.

It’s Bath & Body Works semi-annual sale !!!!!! Time to shop - Shop - SHOP for all your favorites!!!!!! This store is clean and well stocked. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. If you’ve never been here, then come! If you’ve been away for awhile, then come back! Semi-Annual sale starts after Christmas till about 3rd week in January - then again in June! The check out lines move fast. Theres plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

Bath and Body Works has stepped up their game. New scent formulas with Hyaluronic acid 😍 and the scents last much longer on skin. Great sales! Become a rewards member to earn points towards free items. Small items make great stocking stuffers at Christmas or for Easter baskets, etc.
