Me and my husband were lucky to have a massage with Jason and Joe ! It was the best massage we ever had (and we do it a lot). I was traumatised in a car accident + snowboarding and it’s been already 3 days when I don’t take my muscle relaxers anymore. We wanted to go back next day but due to weather in NY we had to leave asap so we can get home . But every visit to Miami in future will end up at this place 😅🙏 thanks guys !

Jason is the most AMAZING masseuse I’ve ever had! So friendly, so strong and really knows what he is doing! I go every 2 weeks but I pray for the day when I can see Jason every week! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🥰

I made appointment today at 5.09 pm for 2 massages at 6 pm. It is 6.51 pm and I am walking away from this place. How can you make your client with appointment wait for 51 minutes? And also we walked from one store to another store as they asked. So bad. So unprofessional. So if you have extra hour of your time - welcome there. I am out

I have been coming here for years...however the last few times have been disappointing. They have NO customer service anymore...leave you waiting for up to 10 minutes inside with staff walking by....arghhhhh!!! Gonna start trying elsewhere...when they do massage finally they are still pretty good though.

Very bad communication! They didnt explain the massage correctly, They changed their information once I asked about the combo, I came here for a combo massage and they massaged me with my clothes on, They didn’t even ask if I wanted to remove your clothes and then they lied about it in your face when I asked she said combo massage on back is with clothes, and that’s not how your treat your costumers. Really bad experience!
