Barcelona Wine Bar

This place was Fabulous! Great tapas and great wine. Was here for a work trip and Catherine took care of me very well. Explained the menu and recommended food and wine. I am very impressed and will come back as soon as I can!

Food was really nice, very tasty and good portions. Very nice atmosphere and the servers were friendly. My only "criticism" is of the dessert I ordered (Flan Catalán), which was tasty but had a strange taste. I don't know how this particular dessert is prepared or stored, but I noticed a distinct taste while I was eating it and when I identified it, I couldn't eat any more. The flán tasted very strongly of jamon. I looked on the menu and it didn't say whether this was intentional or not.

The food was good overall, but the main downside was the wait time. Drinks arrived very quickly, however we waited over 30 minutes for the Paella Salvaje after receiving our last tapas, which felt quite long. I wish we had been informed in advance that the paella would take that much time. Service was fine overall, but it noticeably improved when the gentleman in the white sweater came by to check on us and help recommend dessert options. From the moment he approached our table, he brought a very welcoming energy that truly changed the atmosphere and enhanced our experience.

The service was great. Steven really took his time to explain the brunch menu with us and it really helped with our decisions. Would come back again for dinner!

We went there to have girls night out and had a wonderful time. Nice and cozy vibe. Recommended food was all delicious! We ordered few shareable tapas plates and seafood paella. It was nice to be able to try different dishes! The sangria was nice and refreshing as well! Highly recommended!
