I first came to Barbie Thingz for a blow dry and style for a Halloween party. I loved my hair so much I paid for the $200 unlimited wash & blow dry and began coming regularly. My hair has never been softer, healthier or grown as fast since using the products at the salon. I have since switched my nails to be done by MUSA nails also located within the salon. My nails come out perfect every time and I will now not let anyone but Barbie Thingz touch my hair or nails. The vibes are great, the energy from the staff is absolutely awesome. Highly recommend this salon and their services!

I had a Russian mani and pedi and Nicoles is hands down the best nail professional in town She is well educated in her field and keeps up with the latest mail tends designs and products I had a phenomenal rubber base manicure and I love it. The entire process was outstanding and I highlight the fact that Nicole thoroughly enjoys her profession it shows in the quality of her work. She is extremely detailed oriented and takes her time to ensure she delivers the best quality service ie from removing the cuticles to filing my nails to perfect shape and length all the way to testing various nail polishes as to serie to one I truly love ! I’ve been coming to this salon since September - my first visit was during their fun girlfriends happy hour event / I got my nails done by Nikki (MUSA) and she’s got me wanting to come back twice a month for the freshest nails designs! Love the location as well - easy to pop in and go out for a fun time in Wynwood 💚

Mariam was such a sweetheart! She was gentle she did an amazing job on my hair definitely would recommend to my friends! Thank you for being great and making me believe there still is great customer service. Loved the atmosphere 10 out of 10!

Absolutely loved this blow dry bar! The owner is an angel. The hair stylists and make up artist were absolutely perfect and so accommodating. We came in from Jacksonville for my daughters quinces and someone else made the appointment for my daughter and I, so I wasn’t sure of anything really. We were so pleasantly surprised. Our makeup and hair were perfect and lasted through the tears and the entire night. Our makeup was not airbrushed but it looked and lasted as if it was. All of them took their time to make sure it was perfect and we liked the results. And if perfect service wasn’t enough, the owner surprised my daughter with a cupcake and sang happy birthday to her to celebrate before we left. I wish I lived closer so I could come here for salon services all the time. Franchise in Jax
