I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service provided at your barber shop. My son and I visited your establishment today for haircuts, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon completion of our haircuts, I inquired about the total cost. To my surprise, the staff at your shop engaged in a conversation in a language I could not understand, which I presume to be Spanish or another foreign language. After some deliberation, they informed me that the price for our haircuts would be $108. This amount far exceeds what I have ever paid for similar services in the past, as the most I have paid for both myself and my son is $50 at other
