Customer Reviews
I'm a lady who wears a fade, and I'm very particular about my hair. I get a fresh cut every week even when I'm away from home. I was in LA recently, and I feel lucky to have found this awesome little shop. Clara gave me an amazing, precise cut at a good price. She made me feel welcome and appreciated the moment I walked in. She could charge more, TBH. Anytime I am in LA, I will make a point to visit this shop - fantastic barber, good energy. Just go!
I had a wonderful experience getting my hair cut by Clara. This barbershop is a cute hole-in-the-wall with a unique and likable aesthetic (interesting decor). Clara gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time and was very friendly from the moment I walked in. Getting a haircut in downtown is expensive, but I felt that this barbershop was worth every dollar spent due to the high quality of the cut, the great customer service, and the fact that it’s a small business. I have definitely found my go-to barbershop for the foreseeable future. Big thanks again to Clara for the wonderful experience! Tip: If you plan on getting your haircut here during busier hours, I recommend setting an appointment. I also highly recommend Clara. It is important to note that, as of the time of this writing, A
Probably the best haircut and beard trim I've ever had. It is a small shop, where the barber is friendly and takes the time needed to give a great cut.
Was staying at the Hoxton Hotel and decided to get my hair cut before I returned to Europe, with its eclectic interior that resembles a speakeasy and is an amalgamation of Clare’s mind with relaxing vinyl playing on the turntable you feel as though you went back in time, as you get your hair professionally cut. I very much enjoy chatting with Clare and her son. Tell her “Greg Sent me!”
Clara is by far the most talented barber in dtla. Got me looking clean!!! Professional, great sense of humor and easy to talk to. I’ve been living in Los Angeles for 5 years and my first 2 years was bouncing around trying to find someone. After finding her my search stopped!
