I had a great experience at Elite Barber Shop. Jhovanny did an amazing job—he’s detailed, professional, and really takes the time to make sure the cut is perfect. The shop itself has a clean and welcoming vibe, and you can tell they care about their clients. Definitely one of the best barber experiences I’ve had, and I’ll be coming back. The new barber doesn’t know how to do a haircut. I showed him a picture of my style, but he didn’t follow it and just did whatever he wanted. I came from Atlanta, Georgia, and he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. Instead, he was talking about girls and how to sleep with them instead of focusing on my haircut. It’s very wrong that the management gives experienced barbers to regular customers and assigns new trainees to new customers. That new guy, Mamacita boy, doesn’t know what he’s doing. I’ll tell my friends not to go to Elite Barbershop, especially to this one.very bad experience no star.

Avoid Elite Barbershop – Poor Service & Hygiene Issues I had an appointment with Henry at Elite Barbershop (142 Chartley Drive, Reisterstown, MD 21136) on Friday, January 31, at 12 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable. • Dull Blade: His blade was not sharp, and the quality of the haircut suffered. • Poor Hygiene: He did not change his gloves between customers. • Rushed Service: He seemed distracted and rushed through the cut. When I raised these concerns, Henry dismissed them and later refused to cut my hair again—despite acknowledging his mistake. To make matters worse, the shop has now raised its prices from $40 to $50-$60. Customers deserve better service, proper hygiene, and fair pricing. I would not recommend this barbershop to anyone. —Thank you.
