Kathy is fabulous! I recently went in for PDO threads. If you have done this procedure, you may know that it is not necessarily an "in and out" type of cosmetic procedure. It can be a bit invasive in comparison to other treatments like Botox. But let me just say as someone who is well versed in the aesthetic industry - my experience was outstanding. Kathy went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. She has an exceptional artist's hand! She is personable, kind, and honest about expectations. I am so grateful I was in such good hands, and I would highly recommend her and B.A.R Med Spa to anyone looking for exceptional injectors and down to earth hospitality.

Kathy Hodge Kramer has been taking care of my aesthetics needs for many years. She is absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable and truly cares about the well being of her patients. A few years ago Kathy noticed a bump on my face and firmly encouraged me to have a dermatologist take a look at it… upon seeing the dermatologist, it was determined that I had cancer on my face. The Mohs surgery resulted in a significantly large portion of cancer removal just below my nose and they had to cut down into my lip. As I recovered there was a noticeable droop to my upper lip. Kathy has worked her magic over the years to significantly improve the look of my lip. I am so thankful to Kathy for finding the cancer on my face and encouraging me to seek further treatment and I am so grateful for her ongoing car

I got lip filler done by Kathryn, she is amazing! So kind, very informative, and very good at what she does. It was my first time ever doing anything to my lips and I’m glad she was the one to do them! I am obsessed!💋

I got Botox done by Kathryn Osborn and it was fantastic. Quick, easy, and barely felt anything. A+
