Having a trustworthy hairstylist is crucial for most people. Moving to Boston I did not know anyone or where to go. After calling a few places, I spoke to a respectful and knowledgeable young woman over the phone who not only calmed my nerves about finding someone, but offered to take me the very next day!! Come to find out, Tiffany knew exactly what to do and made professional work of my wild and overgrown hair ! I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone who enjoys a relaxing quick and easy ,hassle free haircut! Thanks so much I will be back in 5 weeks for my next appointment !! I am so so heartbroken- I had hair down to my bottom and now its barely at my chest. I have very curly thick hair and was very direct in the cut I wanted. I asked for a V shape- with layers for volume and framing pieces in the front. When I walked out I had two separate haircuts with blunt layers creating basically a bob sitting on top of my longer layer. My framing pieces were not only uneven but literal bangs. I cannot pin them back, I cannot wear my hair down I am truly at a loss. I loved my hair so much and more than 6 inches was taken off without my permission. I got a haircut from them once before and I don't know what happened but all I can say is it is going to take a year for my hair to get back to anywhere near the length it used to be. Love this salon. One of the most affordable haircuts in the north end. The staff is super friendly and they are so fun to chat with. They make sure you are satisfied with your hair and will take their time.
