The professionals at Balunsd are incredible. If you are an athlete, workout, injured or just in need of body relief this is the place for you. In addition to your personalized sports massage, you can have access to the highest quality infrared sauna, hot/cold tubs, and more. Your therapist will recommend a recovery plan that is best for your body so you can perform at your best and feel great. (Below is a picture of my sons that play football in the cold tubs to recover and it is the quickest way to get back to the field!)

BalunSD is amazing! I’ve been coming here for the past year and it’s probably my favorite part of the day. They have great equipment for contrast, normatech and sauna. The staff is super nice and helpful if you need it but I also enjoy how peaceful it is to just relax. It’s a great spot to unwind and recover after a workout or just in general. Highly recommend!

When you need to recover and recharge your body from tough workouts, Balunsd is the best place to go! The team at Balunsd is friendly and helpful, and they keep the facility spotless. My favorites are the infared sauna and hot and cold plunges, and the therapists do some amazing bodywork, too. Go check them out!

The facility at BALUSND is so amazing. It’s clean and quiet for an intimate experience. I went with a friend after a long hike and long week of work. It was exactly what we needed. The sauna is my favorite although everything is great. The staff is friendly and made sure we were comfortable our entire experience. I’m investing more into my recovery because it’s so important and BALUSND is my go to spot for all my recovery needs!! Thanks BALUSND team, y’all are so awesome!

Such an awesome facility and great crew - so clean and so relaxing. This is the best way to recover from hard workouts and get ready to go again. I’ve been coming here for over four years now and was/am a huge fan. Highly recommend the 10-punch pass and bring your favorite meditation app preloaded for some zen in the sauna.
