Bally Nails

I visited in 9/16 end got SNS and a deluxe pedicure. I paid $103 today which is fine. I get SNS nails all the time however I wanted to try a new salon and decided to try Bally nails per the review. I noticed a day after that my cuticles are stained from the powder???? I have never had this happen. I go back in on 9/18 to show them and ask for a solution. They tell me that after washing my hands a couple times it will go away???? That was an insult as if it has not been two days….so you don’t think I’ve washed my body and hands in two days???? She tells me that’s normal! 😒 Nene did my nails and I will not return.

My experience is always one for the books. Katie keeps my hands super cute with the styles that I find off of Pinterest. The foot massages and care are also top notch. Though I have forgotten their names the older gentleman and woman duo is next to none. Book at Bally Nails! You won't regret it.

I came in on a Friday morning right when they opened for a basic gel manicure and was the only customer in the salon the entire time. I was assigned to a technician who was an older gentleman and he struggled to get things set up for my gel manicure. I even asked the other technicians if he was okay, and they said he was, but they continued to watch him struggle without offering help. Instead of letting my gel soak off properly, he cut it off after already cutting my nails l, making them much shorter than I wanted. My cuticles were not trimmed well, and my original nail shape wasn’t maintained. He got gel polish on most of my fingertips and not enough on the entire nail. I took a chance today because I needed an early appointment. The shop opened promptly at 9:30. What a beautiful, relaxing space. It was just what I needed to feel pampered. I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely great experience! Booked the appointment over the phone a couple days ago and walked in a bit early and was helped with picking the right color I wanted. Did the perfect length and was super attentive to making sure they were done well. Will be coming back! Did the sns full set with tips for 55!
