There’s so much good to say about my experience moving into Baldwin & Windsor Manor Apartments! From the very first time I reached out, Phillip greeted me with genuine kindness and professionalism. He quickly arranged a tour, showed me the apartment in detail, and highlighted all the great amenities and nearby community spots. Throughout the application process, Phillip was patient, responsive, and communicative every step of the way. When move-in day arrived, I was a bit nervous, but he made everything feel easy and welcoming. He handed me my keys, showed me my mailbox, and even introduced me to the maintenance team. Phillip was truly 10/10 across the board, and I couldn’t be more excited to call Baldwin & Windsor Manor Apartments my new home!

I could not be happier with my choice of apartment within Los Angeles! The location is extremely convenient for exploring the greater West Los Angeles area, the neighbors are friendly, and the up to date amenities/emphasis on the safety for myself and fellow residents had been exceptional. A special thank you to the property manager, Phillip, and all he and his team do to make our residency as enjoyable as possible. Whether it is a quick turnaround on a work order or catching up when running into each other around the complex. He is a pinnacle of professionalism and neighborliness. Looking forward to my time here, however long that may be.

I’ve lived here for 8 years and absolutely love it! The complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the location is fantastic – the mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and metro are all within walking distance. The property manager, Phillip, is wonderful. He’s always friendly, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment!

I can’t say enough great things about my landlord Phillip! He truly goes above and beyond for his residents, making sure that any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. Every repair request is handled by the next day, and he’s always communicative, responsive, and willing to help with any asks. When I had an issue with my account, he personally advocated for me. It’s rare to find a landlord who helps, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Read this review before deciding to Baldwin Hills Manor Apartments. I lived her for 3 years and recently moved out. It’s a decently run facility. Repairs are made promptly. There are no pests. The facility is clean. The reason I am making a one star review is because my husband and I lived here for 3 years. Paid our rent on time. Never had any issues, left our apartment in pristine condition but Phillip and JJ communities robbed us of our security deposit. They made up charges that are generally tied to wear and tear. Paint and primer which should technically be free after 1 year according to California law. The place we moved out of was in pristine condition and they were able to rent 1 week after our departure, but took $600 from the security deposit. We should have known this was going
