The salon environment is calming, and the receptionist and hair washers are friendly. Brooke is a wonderful hair stylist! She listens attentively and consistently delivers great results, which is why I continued booking with her. However, my experience with management was disappointing due to a situation being escalated without a full review of my appointment history or empathy around a one-time emergency. As a loyal client who had spoken highly of and referred this salon, this experience affected my trust.

Erica has been cutting my hair for a few months now, and she's done an amazing job every time.. And so much so, that after showing here a few pictures in the beginning I now just let her do her thing and always come out with an awesome cut that I love. Can't recommend her enough!

Riley is incredible! She can truly do anything from creative colors and one-of-a kind cuts, to timeless, classic styles. She always takes her time to make sure every detail is perfect and that you leave feeling happy and confident. If you’re booking an appointment, definitely request Riley. You won’t regret it!

Balance hair salon is really nice and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. I've gotten a haircut twice now by Erica and I was really happy with how it grew out after the first one (i don't get a haircut very often) so I returned for some maintenance. She is good company and spent just the right amount of time and care with the cut and clearly has a lot of experience. My hair felt really nice and soft and i appreciate the minimal product use. I feel refreshed and confident this cut will last a while, thank you!!!

I have been going to Balance the Salon for at least 7 years. This lovely salon is in a great location with street parking and/or validation available. The space is open and bright, with nice windows and live plants. I really enjoy the local art they display on the walls, which you can read about while you wait. It is super clean and everyone there is super nice: from the receptionist to the stylists and assistants. I'm always warmly greeted, offered a drink, someone take to take my coat, etc.. Ken truly is an artist at his craft. I admire the work that he does on his other clients. He always starts by asking what I want done.
