I’ve had many massages over the years, but my session with Chanida was truly exceptional. She has an incredible ability to find and release tension through her trigger point therapy, and the results were unlike anything I’ve felt before. Not only was the massage deeply therapeutic, but I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeable relief in areas that had been bothering me for a long time. On top of that, the facility itself is very clean and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. Chanida clearly has a gift for her work, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for more than just a massage, but a truly healing experience.

This is my go-to for the most amazing massage...Jen and her staff are excellent at what they do! The personal attention to needs is one of my favorite things about their massages...and even if you are going in with no special requests, they will make sure you are feeling exceptional when you walk back out the door. Oh and I recommend the special scalp treatment as an add-on for your massage - AWESOME!!

I've been coming here exclusively for at least six years. I have worked with multiple therapists and they have all been outstanding. Jen, the owner, does an incredible job of running her business efficiently, professionally, and with warmth. She is also the best masseuse I've ever worked with. She has a knack for getting pain points to go away - often for good - which is something I find remarkable as a person with long-time back issues. The building is always clean, there's easy parking available, and I always leave feeling SO GOOD. Being a client at Balance N Bodywork has absolutely improved my quality of life.
