Bala Day Spa

I had a massage booked at 10:30am this morning. When I walked in the woman was surprised to see me as she clearly had no record of my appointment. She asked me to wait 15 minutes (using a translation app because she doesn't speak English). I told her I would run a quick errand and come right back. When I returned she put me in a room and left. I waited for a while and then came out to find her again. She called someone on the phone, spoke for a while and then using her translation app told me it would be atleast another 15 minutes or so because the masseuse wasn't there. Needless to say, I left without a massage. Wish I had the experience others had but I will not be coming back. Good luck to anyone who makes an appointment here.

They give a great massage and even better cupping. Emma is the best. She does a very deep tissue massage and then when she did the cupping she placed over 10 cups on back and on legs, lit them up and left them on for a while that really helped. She seems very knowledgeable.

Shop maybe small, but service is definately top notch. Had neck and lower back pain. For 2hrs I got my back walkedand also did cupping. Emma did a great job. She wear a BestEmmaEver shirt~ I kind of agreed. All knots are.gone!

I've had a number of services and each one has been great, well done and truly relaxing. Emma and the other staff are kind and caring people. Going is like a little vacation.
