I LOVE THIS SALON!! The people who work there! They are all so wonderfully friendly and attentive. They always want to make sure you are comfortable a heard. My sparkling water cup was never empty, the wash bowl chairs massage you when reclined, their shampoos smell phenomenal, and explaining the service you want done has never been easier. They walked me through everything they were doing as I wanted them to perform MAGIC! I literally felt like I was at a spa hanging out with my friends! I had Brandon, who is the Salon Owner, and he did not disappoint. Lifetime customer here. Hair services aren't cheap these days, but it was well worth the price for the comfortable environment and knowing I was in great hands with a professional. I'll be back for my touch-ups. soon. Omggg I would give them all the stars in the sky!! This is my favorite hair I've ever had in my 40 years. Larry is a true artist, and is so cool and kind and fun! I am so lucky to be a client here!! I drive all the way from Palo Alto just because I love love love this salon so much. Can't say enough good things. I've had pretty much every color combo imaginable and somehow Larry still keeps my hair magically soft and healthy looking. True pro. And everyone there is so nice and fun, great environment. And such a beautiful space to feel beautiful in!

After growing out my hair for the last five years, I decided it was finally time for a change. There wasn’t anywhere else I would trust with this change other than the talented team at Bal-lance Salon. Brandon, assisted by Kelsey, gave me exactly what I asked for. After consulting with me, I got a relaxing wash and scalp massage and enjoyed their seasonal mimosa. The entire experience was great and I can’t wait to go back! Brandon is my dawg

Can’t recommend this place enough! My whole experience was super seamless, from booking last minute over the phone with Bella, to being greeted and shown around by Kelsey, then having an amazing consultation and service with Daisy. All the other stylists were so friendly and made conversation throughout my service. I left so happy with my hair. I got a cut and gloss, and Daisy was so generous with her time, curling my hair after the blowout and showing me how to recreate the look at home. I can’t wait to come back :)

Wow!! This place has really gone belly up! Such a nice place with the loss of the stylists they have a mess on their hands. Daisy simply refused to help , and worst customer experience, ever. Not even mildly apologetic, insane but sad. Wrong staff run nice salons to the ground it seems.
