Badger and Hound

Really upset. Have been a loyal customer for years and even when I moved back to the area, stayed loyal and drove an hour to come back. Made an appointment with Eddie to be stood up and he wouldn’t answer calls or txts regarding what was going on for this most recent appointment. Will not be back after today.

Dan messed me up I showed him a picture of myself with a drop fade with long back and long top, he responded to the picture by calling it a taper so I didn’t have much hope from the start. When I got out of the chair I had a standard bot taper with short back and hair no where near what the picture looked like at all. The haircut he gave me sucks too not even like it looks good. I’ve gone to places way cheaper where they at least tried to do what I asked for.

I booked a haircut appointment over two weeks in advance. I get a text two hours before my appointment time asking to reschedule to another day next week, also from a random number where nobody introduced themselves so I thought it was a scam text message at first. I say I cannot reschedule. I had to sit around and wait another hour to exchange 4-5 brief texts back and forth to see if I could push my appointment back to a later time the same day, just to be told he won’t be in. I am now limited on options in the area for booking when I promptly needed a haircut for a wedding along with having to waste time sitting around waiting for text message responses, as I was in the area specifically for the appointment.

Needed a trim bad for both my beard and hair! Dan had an opening and he did an amazing job! Made me feel welcome and nailed it on the beard!!! If you can get an appointment go and you’ll never regret it!

My son desperately needed a hair cut for senior photos and Dan did not disappoint. I think that was the most satisfied my son ever was leaving a barber shop. We will definitely be back.
