10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!! As a single dad with a boy and a girl it is EXTREMELY convenient being able to go to the Backroom and get all of our hair styling needs done at one location! The shop vibe is chill and the barbers/hairdressers and polite, professional, and never disappoint! Special shout out to Dominique and DJ who always have the kids leaving the shop with smiles and great cuts!

I am allergic to what ever they put on my face. But the only other issue i had was that there were some communication issues due to the person not speaking any English. I wanted a low to mid fade and got a high fade. She made me look good and I got many many compliments about it. So thank you. They really went all out and put in the work to make it look fresh, so Thanks Again!!! Great customer service and really friendly people.

The person spoke no English at all, which she couldn't even understand what I was telling her and was the only person in the shop. I am very disappointed in them not being more thorough about the way I wanted to do my hair. The customer service was ok. There was no way to communicate with the person to have them understand what I wanted and acted as if they understood what I was saying.

I have been cutting my hair w/ Paulina for years. So this review is way over due. Never had an issue with my appointments and always makes the time to squeeze in her customers. Great place and great environment. Highly recommend!!!
