I had the greatest massage from Tani, and I can’t recommend her enough. Right from the start, she took the time to ask the right questions and truly understand my needs. She didn't rush the process at all—she worked with such intention that I left feeling confident my body was actually on the path to healing. My only regret? I had an amazing experience with an awesome therapist. I was very relaxed in the peaceful environment. Tani asked all the right questions and provided amazing relief for an ongoing shoulder and neck pain issue I’ve had. Amazingly Excellent. Simple as that. I’ve been going to B.I.B weekly for a few months now as part of my recovery from training and can’t say enough great things about them. I’ve had lower back pain for a long time, and as part of my marathon training get general soreness and tightness. Maria took the time to identify where my trigger points are and works them out. I have gotten a ton more flexible and limber in addition to being more loose and just mentally better (which was honestly an unexpected benefit) because I took even just an hour for me. My overall recovery I feel is sped up and improved this training session as compared to others. Jen and her team are more than “masseuses”. They truly are therapists that don’t just follow the “normal massage routine” you’ll get at other places,

Let me tell you about a wonderful experience I just had! Jen was so welcoming, knowledgeable and courteous in every way possible! I made the appointment from the recommendation of a friend and I was not let down at all! I get there and Immediately I was greeted with a smile and the friendliness from her was so nice right after a recent injury. I was able to do a sports massage and taping after, both were phenomenal, but this tape job has me feeling almost back to brandy new again! thank you for making me feel great today and for the professionalism with friendliness.
