I always have the best experience at this salon. The salon is professional and so friendly & accommodating. I went from a long bob to a short style & loved it. After 2 years & cold weather Yvette has transitioned me to more of a French Bob & I had no in between “bad” looks during this period. I cannot recommend this salon enough ❣️

The work: I spent $400 on Keratin treatment with Lyndsay and my hair has already started curling within 24 hours without a wash. I completely WASTED my time and money as you can see in the pictures below there is no change to my hair. Nothing at all. The attitude: this place has no non-white customers. From the moment i booked they assigned me to the least experienced stylist and she kept bringing up “financial problems” i may have when getting services ( i probably make three times more than her). They told me she has curly hair and knows how to deal with curly hair - she does not!!! She looked at my straightened hair and said oh wow your hair is so curly! This review is not for any service as I did not receive any. I filled out the form for an appointment and was called back by a scheduler. I needed a haircut for a holiday trip and agreed to a cut on 11/21 at 2pm with Lyndsay. Very excited! I arrive early and they don't have me on the schedule at all. "Are you sure? Who is your appointment with? Oh, the person you spoke to on the phone isn't here. We can fit you in next week." This was too late for my trip and I'd already wasted time off work to come. TL/DR: They know how to *take* a reservation, but they don’t know how to *keep* a reservation.

Awful. Catie was my hair stylist. I came in with bleach blonde hair with a blue tint and I wanted her to remove the blue and dye my hair gray with a black root. She ended up dying my hair a darker blue than what I came in with and the roots turned out green. I asked her to fix the green and came in for another appointment and left again with green hair. She should have done a strand test to make sure the color was going to work. The salon didn't offer me a full refund. I spent over $500 and was only able to get back $120. The salon lied about having their return policy online and then the owner told me it wasn't on there and she would add it later. Awful costumer service and Catie is not capable of doing a shadow root or correct hair colors. Don't waste your money here. My hair is jacked n

As a previous client of Bacio Salon I was excited to return for a wonderful continued experience. I decided and opted in to schedule with Julian who was absolutely wonderful! From the welcoming, service, and treatment given as well as provided I have nothing negative to say. A big chop was needed and he delivered. The blowout was fabulous. I felt revived and sexy afterwards. I am looking forward to future hair appointments with Julian:) ~ In Gratitude
