They always get it right. Hair & nails. They take their time with top notch customer service to everyone that walks through their doors. So many different beautiful people of color that frequent this shop and who work here. The owners are multilingual! Them and their whole staff have the utmost love and respect for themselves and their clients. This location's team is such a fun loving group of people that they all truly act like they love working there and with each other. I've been coming here for a few years for hair and nails, even after I moved out of their neighborhood, I travel one hour just to be serviced by these fine folks so trust me when I say they are a local gem!

Went here to get my nails done Wednesday two days later my nails are cracked. Explain to the owner that I would like a refund due to the poor service he refused. My nail also wasn’t fully covered in polish. He tried to say that it was because I got the basic manicure. If that’s the case, then why offer this service. They used cheap polish and he tried to blame me by saying that I didn’t purchase the correct package. Please be advised The customer service here is terrible.

I started coming here just to do my eyebrows but noticed how great of a job the stylists do so I decided to give it a shot. I've been coming here ever since. Exceptional work, great pricing, amazing human beings! They really strive to do excellent quality work as well as work with you in order to achieve the look you desire. I used to go to barbers to get faded and even salons to get cuts, but have a happy home here at Baci where they can do either with an excellence!

The place is very clean very polite quick service. You don’t have to wait. Owner is very polite. Very friendly remembers your name. Was going to a previous salon had a change because my other place was not available so I went to them so happy that I had my hair dyed cut Rolando….. Loved his service he is passionate about his job. Prices are great so happy as a customer went back with my mom. Rolando made my 94 mother happy so happy. If you can ask for Rolando….
