Honestly really disappointed today. I have previously loved this place. Today I went in, was told what I wanted couldn’t be done (adding a simple chrome French tip). Instead, it was decided it wouldn’t be done. But I wasn’t told until I asked at the end why we weren’t doing it. Okay fine, left w my nails. I walked back in 5 minutes later saying I needed a polish change. First they wanted me to keep it, but I just said I simply couldn’t. So I had to wait to come back 1.5 hours later for the change. After spending $70 on the first set, was charged another $33 for the change. Second time around the filing was very rough and quick, and the polish and chrome is all over my cuticles. I asked for pearl chrome the second time, got silver. Was told this IS pearl chrome, but then was also told they

Hannah is amazing! Every time I come in with an idea, she absolutely nails it (pun intended!). She always takes my vision and brings it to life perfectly. My nails have never looked better! They’re the longest and strongest they’ve ever been, all thanks to her care and skill. She’s so talented, kind, and detail-oriented. I always leave feeling pampered and happy. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years, and I have never experienced anything like what happened here. I originally came in for a hard gel fill-in with Henry. Two weeks later, my nails completely lifted, and underneath one was green — something that has never happened to me in two decades of getting my nails done. Because I’m getting married, I went back to have the issue fixed. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I also didn’t expect to pay almost double the cost of a normal fill-in. Since one nail was green, I was understandably worried the rest might be as well. The new tech (who was actually great) had to remove everything, add new tips, and redo the entire set with hard gel. B.A.B.Y. Nail Bar is so fab! The aesthetic of the salon is clean, bright and welcoming. I book with Nu - however they do offer other artists that produce quality work. I love that they offer complimentary wine and water during your service. My usual is a French Gel Mani and Pedi and it’s perfect time and time again. My polish lasts for a month. Great attention to detail, customer service skills and most importantly, consistency!

I love the place! I am always very happy when I go there for my manicure or pedicure because I love that I can make an appointment online, the place is very clean, and they work very fast. I usually don’t choose who to go to because everyone at this place is very professional — 10 out of 10 — so it doesn’t matter. You can choose anyone from the staff. I’m always very satisfied with the result. There is a huge color selection, and I highly recommend it to anyone.
