Amazing service! I was actually around 10 minutes late and called ahead of time. The lady on the phone was beyond understanding and even offered to give me until 30 minutes after my original appointment. Right when I got in someone worked on me and I loved my hair. I'll definitely be returning 💓

I specifically asked them to not do little braids at the top and huge braids in the back as a way to get over on me like other braid shops. They will also continuously tell you it’s impossible for the braids to be the same size all around which doesn’t make a lick of sense considering if you go anywhere and book THAT SPECIFIC SIZE; that’s what it is all around your entire head. After I was ensured MANY times that’s not what’d it’d be, I sat down and let them continue especially because the holiday (Thanksgiving) was coming up and I needed my hair done. The parting is also horrendous unfortunately; not symmetrical at all. I wish I could get my money back. The style is cute in pictures. It won’t be lasting longer than a month as I had hoped, but oh well. Be careful and know you’ll be paying

The quality of the braids was great — very neat and well-done. However, I won’t be returning to this establishment. It took over 7 hours to complete my knotless braids, even with multiple braiders working on my hair. I’ve had this style done several times before, and the longest I’ve ever had to sit was about 6 hours max. Throughout the appointment, there were frequent stops for chatting, laughing, and lounging, which significantly slowed things down. While they apologized a few times for the delay, the behavior continued. Again, the work itself is good — but the time management and professionalism definitely need improvement, I’m sure they will still thrive but I will never return .

I wouldn’t recommend BaHair Braiding. I drove nearly 2 hours for an appointment, only to find out the stylist I booked with was no longer there (without notice), and the hair color I requested wasn’t available. Midway through, the owner tried to raise the price by $40. I agreed just to avoid conflict but expressed that it was bad business. When I asked for the front of my hair to be neater (since I was now paying more), the braider got upset, spoke rudely in another language, and walked off, leaving me mid-appointment. Very unprofessional and not worth the time or money. Thankfully, I found another braider who finished my hair beautifully. Don’t be fooled by the polished photos online.

I called and said I wanted the latest appointment she said 5-5:30 I came at 4:30 sat me right down and got straight to it only took 3 hours for small knotless which will take one person about 11 hours I most definitely will be returning back
