I bought a steamer ,light and frequency combo for $399 . It has not lasted 6 months spring broke on the mag. Just had to throw that away and by a stand alone from Amazon. Then the arm won’t stay up on the steamer . I have been in business 25 years and never had a steamer break . I’m in California so they want me to ship it back at my expense and had to say If it could be repaired and not my fault they would fix it . Not acceptable the thing is so heavy it will cost a small fortune to send back and how long do I go without a steamer ??? Horrible and Myerspa is whom they contract with and they should have stepped up . Needless to say won’t buy equipment from them every again. Amazon here I come and they have a better guarantee.
