B Nails

I wish I could give 0 stars, but that’s not an option. My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional. During my first visit for a simple French tip fill, they initially agreed to do it but then yelled at me and said they couldn’t do French tips. I decided to take a solid color instead, but the nails came out bumpy with powder under the polish. When I asked them to redo one nail, they responded with attitude. On my second visit, I tried their pedicure service. I asked for water, and they said they don’t usually provide it. They brought a dirty cup with floaters in it, which I declined because it was disgusting. During the pedicure, they refused to clean the nails properly and only did a minimal filing, despite my request for a deluxe servic

Everyone has mixed opinions of this establishment. I myself love them. I always get exactly what I ask for and my husband loves my nails every time. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they over book themselves at times and you end up waiting 40 minutes past your appointment time.

Not quality. They tried to use dirty equipment on me, but I said something! I was supposed to take a set off and get gel polish added, but the guy started prying my old set off with a nail. It hurt really bad and when I asked if he could soak them off, he got upset. So, I decided to just get the set off and not do a manicure and gel polish. He ended up drilling my actual nail and left divots. Ouch! Don’t recommend

I’m super grateful they stayed open, I arrived an hr before they closed. I needed my nails cut down to protect my uncles thin skin when I transferring him. It was very important to me to get it done asap. They came through clutch.

Was s little confusion at first since they thought appointment was for pedicures and we wanted Arylic Nails, but got it figured out and everything was good from then on. Nice friendly atmosphere, loved how our nails came out! Was even open on Sunday which was great 👍
