Bath & Body Works

I love the bath and body works and the products themselves but every time I have come into this specific location I noticed the employees were oddly condescending about buying things and it didn't seem normal. I've purchased things every time I've come into this store as gifts or for myself, so the rude behavior I've experienced both times seems extremely out of context but also unprofessional. I'd rather not have going into a store be a burden because of the staff acting like customers purchasing something is somehow a reason to be condescending to that person. I've never had this type of experience at any other bath and body works store location before. I have been a customer for years.

Love the sales at Bath and Body but hate when the scents I love are discontinued....which just happened actually. It's an addictive store where I always spend more than I expected on things I don't need but love!

Bath & Body Works is always fun; I love going in and smelling the samples, plus checking out all the cool product displays. The employees there are always super helpful.

They were having a great sale. Bought more candles and hand soap. The staff is so very friendly.

LOVE THIS STORE!!!! I cannot say anything bad here. The employees are so helpful and twice, I had a problem with my app so the lovely ladies took their time and helped me. It's a good place when you're looking for a specific scent and they know where exactly where it is. Now I go in once a month and grab 2-3 candles and 1-2 body lotions. Next month I'll be adding body wash to my list.
