⚠️DO NOT GO HERE⚠️ I was extremely disappointed with the staff during my first visit to this shop. As a new resident in the area, I had hoped to make this my go-to location since it is conveniently located near my home. I am not surprised to see other negative comments regarding the customer service. Specifically, the woman working behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. The staff treated me with unwarranted suspicion, making me feel as though I was being monitored like a thief simply for trying to purchase my item and leave. I would much rather drive further away and pay more elsewhere than deal with such an unpleasant and unprofessional environment. I strongly advise potential customers to order their needed items online or choose a different business.

Giving this store one star seems too much to me, I have given this store the opportunity on several occasions in which it has always been uncomfortable for me to make a purchase since its staff, starting with its manager has a terrible attitude to serve, they make you feel as if you were asking for what you are going to buy for free, today will be the last time I go to that store because their treatment was more than horrible, seeing that I told my 5 year old daughter to leave her things in their place because we would not carry anything anymore, to which the supposed "manager" if she can be called that proceeds to shave the things out of my girl's hand, it is something that I can no longer ignore, I did not respond as she deserves because of the presence of my daughter, but what I can do

never understood why people keep going somewhere where they're not wanted and forcing then to take your money. All these hair stores but you choose to go where you're not wanted. Do something about it or stop complaining

I tried to give this store another shot given my previous experience there wasn’t so bliss. I’ve had multiple visits to this store where I felt uncomfortable, but during my most recent visit, a conversation among staff about darker skin tones began as soon as I walked in. The timing felt targeted and unprofessional. Customers should feel respected and welcomed—not singled out based on appearance. I hope management addresses this. This is not the first time I’ve felt indirectly targeted at this store. I only shop here due to it being close by my home. From now on I’ll just choose a longer route to a different store.
