I visited during opening hours, and the lights were on. I saw someone still working inside. The instruction on the door mention that you need to ring before entering. I rang the bell, but I couldn’t hear it myself, so I rang the other bell on the door. No one came to the door, and the person inside continued working. On my third attempt, he came out aggressively and shouted at me, saying they were closed. That’s not an appropriate way to respond to a customer.

I've been taking my 7 year old son here for 4 years. Etienne does a great job with kids. He always prioritizes appointments and is really professional. Highly recommend!

My barber was super courteous with me and accommodated all my requirements with constant feedback. Which is why it also took him a lot of time (1 hour) to cut my hair. I did tip him for being so courteous and patient with me, but I probably wouldn't go here again. This was my first hair cut in the US, so I'll definitely try out other barbers. He also denied cutting hair from the top of my head that day (strange) stating he can't run his fingers through my hair (he did accomodate a bit with the help of a machine). They probably also fall short in English speaking staff, as everytime I call for an appointment, it's always a non-english speaker. But I'll definitely says kudos for their accomodating and courteous staff.

My daughter got bangs. Very simple, but well done. The location is very practical, has parking, and is very clean. Staff is very friendly.

I walked in and was told, "We don't cut your hair." I could have sworn it said Unisex printed on the window. Should have said, "We're Bigits!" If I could give zero stars I would!!! This would never happen in California!!! Worst service ever!!!
