I got a gel manicure and a male technician did my nails. He was good at filing and cleaning cuticles but not good at polishing. I asked him to fix it and he tried but not so hard. He looked like pretending to fix it and he did buff my skin too much and I felt sore when he cleaned the nail with acetone. The problem wasn't solved properly. It still looks ugly. And when he fixed it, he didn't give me enough time to cure. He just did it quick quick. When I tried to cure at least 60 seconds, he told me it's ok it's ok. I am not ok with it. Wasn't that busy at all but I don't know why he rushed in the end.

Been going to the salon for years, but I need to find a new salon. I think that they've turned over their entire staff, which is a shame the last two times I've been there they have left me feeling awful and wanting to hide my nails for the next three weeks, I get powder manicure, which last about three weeks, my most recent visit, I asked the technician to square the nails because the last technician gave me a pointed now which I did not ask for always told her continue to tell her square as she was pointing them I don't think she understood so I paid attention to them cut my pinky nail asked me about the length. I said it was OK. It was about 2 mm above my skin kind of short but OK. He then proceeded to cut my thumbnails way below. Take a look it's atrocious I can't even believe I spent

I usually don't post reviews. I was in town visiting my mom and on a business trip. I came Here because it was close and convenient. I got a gel pedicure. Nothing fancy. One color no designs. They charged me $60! + 10 dollar tip. I mean I know things are expensive but 60 dollars for a gel pedicure and I didn't even get any hot stones or special treatments. Not to mention as soon as I got in the seat they 2 ladies kept staring and talking in Korean and lookimg at the gel that was previously on my toes. Also I picked out one color and then asked to see their color book which seemed to be an issue because I changed my mind on the color. I gave them a 3 because it was nice and clean

If I could give no stars I would. I went to get my acrylics off and a regular manicure. The lady ripped off my nails and didn’t soak them in acetone. Every other person in the guiding had their hands soaked but for me she ripped off all my nails and broke my real nails. Then she blamed it on me having weak nails. Then with my manicure she did one coat after I asked for three. And she didn’t even put enough top coat on. Do not come here.

I got a uv gel done. Helen did a great job & I would come here again. BRING CASH, it’s 10% off w cash payments. They do have an atm there w $1 atm fee. My nails came out to be $72(10% off)+ $11(tips)+$1(atm fee) total of $84. Very affordable. Thank you!
