I used to love this place and they are getting sloppy. Tried to communicate with someone who spoke zero English. She ended up giving me a terrible pedicure. The nail polish application is bumpy and she made me bleed. They didn’t offer to redo it but they did tell me “they are just employees.”

I always go there and today I went and ask for a nice round shape and dipping powder, my nails ended up, not being all the same shape, there was no hand massage, my face was full of powder, and he didn’t even tell me to clean my face before leaving because he would not say a word never again

Judy is amazing, she ALWAYS does a great job. I have a very positive experience each time I get a mani or pedi.

I came with my wife for a foot treatment for men and a manicure-pedicure for women. The foot treatment was fine, but the nail polish application was a disaster. I spent $100 at your place, tip included. I mentioned this at the front desk (as it's the only person who speaks English in the salon), and the only solution offered was to add another layer of polish. Additionally, the person who did my wife's nails hurt her badly and didn't even apologize.
