AZ Nails Bar

Vinh did my nails so perfect ! It’s been a long time since I’ve had someone do my nails so perfectly! The shape, the color, the detail! I came in wanting a specific design and Vinh worked with me until the design was exactly like I wanted. Many times when I get my nails done at other places they make me feel like burden or they seem annoyed but not Vinh! She was very detail oriented and continued to find solutions to help me get what I wanted (they didn’t have exactly the color that was in my inspo pic but we got something almost that same!). They provide a complimentary drink and it took about a little over an hour to complete my nails. Overall great experience! The nail tech at AZ nails absolutely ruined the health and strength of my nails yesterday. I am writing my review 24 hours later because my fingers are so sore and I’m already growing hangnails. I repeatedly asked the tech to stop separating the sides of my nails from my skin and filing so sharply creating a shape that’s unnatural to my nail beds. This is extremely painful as he was filing my skin and creating hangnails. However, he continued to do it and I had to pull my hands away from his file. This is the cardinal rule in caring for your client’s nail health and he clearly had no idea the damage he was doing. They’ve lost my business and need to be properly trained

Ken did my nails and I am so happy with how they turned out! I had one of them chipped and I went back couple of days later and he happily fixed it without charging me anything! I will definitely be returning!!

Bim is the absolute best. I have gone to every level of salon in Austin over the last 15 years and Bim gives me perfect results every time!

Ben is hands down my favorite nail tech I’ve ever had. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I don’t care if I move 100miles away I’ll drive to AUSTIN to A-Z nail bar monthly.
