I placed my order October 18th, it’s the 29th of the same month. I initial was contacted about my item being damaged and it was agreed to send me a replacement and that it would arrive by Wednesday. I haven’t received my package and the tracking status is the same. I contacted their customer service, thought I got the situation handled but I was wrong. I reached out this morning and gave the company ample time to respond to my requests but nothing. Had everything been handled like I was told, the review would not be written. Service was poor through and through. Product was not set on proper delivery schedule and the information given was misleading. I never received an updated invoice or delivery date. Needless to say I cancelled my order. Let’s see if they can do one thing right and act
