I just finished my second session with Whitney and I can’t recommend her enough. My first appointment was 90 minutes and my second appointment was 2 hours. She truly creates an environment that allows for deep healing and total relaxation. During my most recent session she incorporated both hot stones and cupping, which made such a difference in releasing tension and helping my body fully unwind. Whitney never rushes the experience- she really takes her time and holds space in a way that feels intentional, calming, and restorative. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients wellbeing. Whitney gives the BEST relaxing massages. Before starting, she asked if I had any problem areas or concerns, and I mentioned my back. She really took her time focusing on those areas and even relieved tension in other spots I didn’t realize were so tight. Her pressure was perfect—firm where it needed to be but still super relaxing.
