Great little gem,in a very busy neighborhood this salon rocks.

Ayervais Salon on East 57 between 2nd and 3rd is known to local and international clientele and recommended in NY Times by Harpers Bazaar editor! Ayervais specializes in platinum blondes and blonde highlights (see Ron), luxurious reds (see Michael), and deep brunettes (see Eugene) the latest in styling, specialty treatments, perfect blowouts. While you visit, have a mani/pedi, or chat with Michael about Japanese art. Ayervais also features Michael's famous designer jewelry boutique that alone is worth a visit; great clientele as well! My Vote: Ayervais is the best salon in NYC, you will enjoy every visit!

Vasiliki Diotis gave me the worst haircut of my life. I recently cut a bob and needed to reshape/trim it as it grows out. BIG MISTAKE going to Vasiliki. She cut layers into my already short hair, which are choppy and completely uneven! The front was also uneven. Its horrible having to walk around like this, with no choice of waiting for it to grow out. Its so choppy that no matter how i style it, nothing works..curling, blow drying or straightening. I cant even tie it back. I wake up every day so upset that I have to deal with this because I trusted a "professional."

Best color and highlights. Always a great experience! Michael is awesome.
