I recently moved to the area and thought I’d give this salon a chance based on the good reviews. BAD MISTAKE. AVOID. Maybe the other manicurists (I’m assuming the owners) are a lot better as they seem friendlier but they were busy with other clients at the time. The manicurist I got was extremely unfriendly from the beginning. She hovered over me from the beginning as I was choosing my color. I noticed their cat eye color options were limited so I pulled up my phone and asked if she had a color similar to this and she immediately said no. I chose a color and sat down and she informed me that they were out of this color and instructed me to choose another one…okay. Firstly, I have to start out by saying this is the best nail salon I’ve been to in this area. By far the most outstanding service. I have been going to Kim’s nails for about six months and they have been everything and more. I usually get the dip powder and they always come out phenomenal. From shape, to color selection, precise removal & beautiful detailing, this nail salon and their nail techs have aced it! I am so grateful to have found kims nails and look forward to my experiences in the future. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome here, and being able to trust you guys with my nails!
