AWAY Spa at W Scottsdale

Quaint spa and spot in the W Marriott. Shelly the spa manager was most welcoming and accommodating. Donna my massage therapist was amazing and attuned with the needs of my body, releasing pressure and tension built up in my neck and shoulders. She applied just the right pressure and made sure I wasn’t left with any kinks or knots that needed further attention. I was offered an elixir upon arrival as well as water, tea, sparkling wine, light snacks and chocolates. The steam shower was great! Small charming spa with excellent service and professionalism.

The staff was warm and welcoming upon arrival! I purchased a robot massage on half price for Black Friday and had the most relaxing time! I would highly recommend trying this treatment out. It was nice to not have to make small talk or tip my masseuse. Had access to the rooftop pool so spent time there getting a little sun after my massage! Overall it was a great experience and I would book again!

My experience at AWAY Spa was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming and well-organized. Pamilla gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She really took the time to understand my skin, and I left glowing. Eliana did my massage and it was so relaxing—the perfect balance of soothing and therapeutic. I walked out feeling completely refreshed. A special shoutout to Shelley, the new spa manager. You can feel the positive changes and attention to detail. She genuinely respects and cares about her team.

I had an incredibly relaxing experience at the W Away Spa in Scottsdale. From start to finish, everything was seamless and welcoming. The massage was absolutely amazing and I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, and the staff was professional and attentive throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this spa and will definitely be returning.

Lorena and Lindsey made my daughter's birthday at the spa at West Scottsdale so special. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make sure she felt celebrated and had an amazing experience.
