Aveda Store

I want to give a big shout out to Heather, and Terry! They have always been so helpful, and kind. Thanks for everything. I love Aveda products so much, and have used them for half my life. It’s the most amazing product for my hair, and I am so glad they are still around.

Went to store to buy two items and forgot my gift card. The lady at store gave me a piece of paper with their phone number and it says if you call the store they will ship anything for free. While it is my fault I forgot my gift card I called the store phone number on the piece of paper she gave me for hours and no one answered nor was there a recording. Why would a business like Aveda in a mall not answer their phone or honor their promise! I don’t live close so this was very inconvenient. I had to beg customer service for a free shipping code after this and I had to spend close to an hour chatting with them before they agreed to it. Highly unprofessional of a store the caliber of Aveda. Very disappointed!

Ok I can't rave about this place enough! Their rosemary mint hand/body wash and body lotion smells amazing and makes me feel like I'm at the spa. The staff is always friendly.

The ladies are so super helpful. The best place to go to relax! Pricey , but quality products!

I had the opportunity to work with Matt who was extremely helpful, polite, and took extra time to help me with my transaction. His customer service was outstanding and he should be rewarded. A very pleasant experience and I will return to the store because of him.
