Aveda Store

Always believe we should support the retail industry! Somehow I always feel cheated when I shop at Aveda store in Burlington Mall! I spent $170 and have to ASK sales associate if I get any free samples. He gave me 2 small shampoo & conditioners which is not even enough for half my hair!! This shows the associate didn’t even notice the length of my hair! I got home & went online only to find out that if I bought the same exact products online, I would have received a full size styling product!! Aveda, why even bother having a store front when you can’t be fair to your customers?! In fact I thought of returning everything but I’m just not going to shop at the retail store again! 3 years ago your associate recommended me an incorrect product for my hair which I ended never using! I was SO appreciative of both Patricia and Gabby today when I shopped at Aveda! Patricia took time with me and turned me on to some new products for my hair type, and they both helped out when there was a problem with my account! Great to see such engaged folks working hard! Went in, walked around. Not a single employee in the store. Could see someone sitting out back on her phone, she never even looked up. I left without anything. She’s still scrolling her phone.

Helpful employee, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The travel-sized bottles are a bit pricey, however, I really love the products and it’s just about worth it!

I was there to find out if I could return a product which does not work. Low and behold they replace the product without further payment. That is new to me.
