Aveda Store

Stopped in unexpectedly and with the WORST chapped hands ever! Jizelle knew exactly what my hands needed! She applied product in the store and immediately my hands were feeling better. She was so kind and helpful!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this Aveda store. Twice, I was asked to cancel my online order to reorder the exact same products directly through them instead. This gave me the strong impression that the cancellations were done to increase their in-store sales quota, which feels unprofessional and frustrating as a customer. In addition, every time I’ve picked up my orders in store, I never receive the samples I selected online. The samples are confirmed in the order, yet I always leave empty-handed. After multiple occurrences, this no longer feels like a mistake but rather a pattern. Overall, the experience lacks transparency and customer care. Unfortunately, my next order will definitely not be with this location.

Love the products and service at this store. Trying a different product line this time around. Hopefully it works well with curls and coils. The smell is light and airy. The paddle brush is a bit of a splurge but I wanted to try something nee. The scrunches were a free gift with the purchase. The colors a great and they seem to be sturdy and easy on the hair. They won’t pull your hair out!

The Aveda representative, Shannon, was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and also was able to assist me with an issue regarding my rewards account. Thank you so very much Shannon! It representatives like you that keeps customers returning to purchase more of the Aveda products. Although, the products are excellent, an excellent representative makes it all the more enjoyable when shopping.

Exceptional experience thanks to Gisele!!! She is a gem! I have never shopped with Aveda before and I was desperate to find a solution for my frizzy hair. Gisele was simply amazing. She was not only personable but her professionalism and knowledge was very impressive. No wonder, my hair has been so frizzy. When I explained my situation, she touched my hair, asked me a few targeted questions, and attentively listened and offer a treatment. She knew exactly what I needed and wasn’t pushy about it. I left the store uplifted! I cannot wait to try the products. I will provide an update soon. I highly recommend to shop at this location!
