Avanti Nail Spa

I got my nails done on Thursday 11/20, and by Friday 11/21 they were already chipping at the ends. The salon usually does a good job—as long as the one particular technician doesn’t do my nails. I asked for three coats of polish, but she applied the thinnest layers possible. I don’t like to be rude, but if she’s the only person available next time, I will wait for someone else or leave. I will not let her do my nails again. Thursday was also very chaotic. Three different people worked on my pedicure, and the only explanation I received was from a nice young man who mentioned they were short-staffed. Overall, this was one of my worst experiences there—aside from the times when this same technician has done my nails. I’m extremely disappointed.

My mom and I have been going to Avanti Nail Spa in Dacula for years now and we are always satisfied with the services we receive. The place is cleanly, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the services and nail color options provided are endless. Also to note, they stay up to date on the latest and greatest styles and trends. Now let’s talk about Nikki. Nikki is simply the best of the best! She takes any ideas or pictures we show her and brings them to life (see attached photos). Not only is Nikki the BEST nail technician, but she is also personable, friendly, and cares about her work. Beautiful location!! Everyone is so kind. I worked with Kris and Cindy who are the sweetest people- I will recommend them if it is your first time going!❤️ They are efficient and do an beautiful job!

My daughter and I like to come here to do our toes and our nails sometimes. Definitely set some time aside because they can get very busy even if you book ahead but they do such a wonderful job and everybody is so sweet! Look how cool my daughter’s nails look we both had events that we needed our nails done for and they did a great job. Our toes look great too.

Very disappointed. Please stop having everyone do nails. You need good techs and also they don’t use gloves or sanitized utensils. Is a beautiful and clean salon but you need better quality when comes to staff and every time when I decide to give it another chance I’m again disappointed.
