Horrible outcome. Went in for multiple different service and it seemed the next day our nails started falling apart. On top of getting full service manicure and pedicure, the lotion and massage that come with it was lack luster. I wasn't even asked to wash my hands or anything. After the lady completed my gel manicure, I had the shavings and dust all over my hands still, she just took lotion and rubbed my hands and arms with it and rubbed it all over me. I felt gritty and like sandpaper after my gel manicure. My daughter got her nails done with the green chrome and it wasn't even filled to the bottom of her nail, she had multiple bubbles in her polish, it chipped away very easily, and you can the uneven painting of her nails and the rippling of the polish, there's also uneven filing of the

Probably the worst nail experience I've ever had. I don't live up this way, but I came in for my birthday since it was close to other things I needed to do in the area. I got a pedicure and a fill in with gel top coat, literally the exact same thing I get every two weeks. The pedicure was very basic, even though I didn't select the basic option and the fill in...absolutely horrible. She used so much acrylic on the base of my nails that they looked ridiculous. She cut my cuticles with the drill multiple, multiple times. Once is an accident, twice is someone who's inexperienced and completely unprofessional. Just awful. Worst shellac manicure I have ever had. I have natural nails so it should be hard to shape and paint. My 5 year old niece could have done a better job. Blindfolded. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Very terrible service, they were extremely rude. They ask that I pay before service and even though I had appointment I waited an hour before they did my nail. I felt so disappointed. Never again will I step there
