The tech doing my nails was older and/or inexperienced. She was unable to apply the gel polish without it looking extremely thick and bumpy. She had even said herself that she was having issues applying it but kept insisting she keep trying. After multiple attempts to correct, and lots of time, she said she was done. I’m not one to complain, especially with someone providing a personal service, but my nails looked so terrible I asked her just take the polish off. Another woman across from us, who I found out was the owner, called me over to look at my nails while she was working with another client. She grabbed my hand, looked at my nails, and then motioned me away while mumbling under her breath, not speaking a word to me. The owner then called for someone else to step in, who I found o

The fact that my nails are sticking upwards and aren’t even fully on my nails is horrible. I literally will never go here again and i spent 70 bucks on the worst acrylics i’ve ever gotten. The guy that did these rushed and literally made them so crooked and not even fully on my nails.

This is a wonderful salon. I have been going here for over 10 years and it is immaculate, friendly with an incredible atmosphere. I was present when Annie Lilija was calling the salon and harassing them. Her report that they wouldn’t redeem her gift card is because her gift card was something like 12 years old and from a period of time under different ownership. She was just trying to run a scam and it didn’t work- it is ridiculous that she would come on here and act as if this business did something egregious when it is her behavior that is reprehensible.

Found this nail salon while running errands this morning, they did not disappoint! Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Allie is phenomenal! She is extremely professional and made my eyebrows look amazing!! I will definitely be back soon. Thank you Allie!
