Avail Aesthetics - Raleigh

I am loving raleigh Avail Aesthetics, I saw Sarah twice now for Botox and then filler. She is conservative, and a joy, she never stops smiling. I was nervous about getting things done to my face, but she put me at ease and made my face look natural. I saw Lisa and had a great chemical peel, which felt great and looks great. She was very informative and taught me a lot about skin care. Everyone has a horror story about aesthetics, however I made the right choice choosing Avail Aesthetics thanks Avail, see you soon!

Thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Before purchasing, it was advertised that I would be treated by a nationwide trainer, which strongly influenced my decision to move forward. After being forced to pay in full upfront, I later learned that the arrangement was different than I had been told. After spending almost $3K on a service I never received and was falsely advertised, I requested a refund. I was told that one would not be issued.. only “non-expiring credit” or proceed with the service (which was different from what I was told I’d get). I never signed or received any documentation outlining a refund policy at the time of payment. Communication throughout this process was limited, calculated, and slow, which added to my frustration. I can’t say enough great things about Avail Aesthetics! I see Stephen for tattoo removal and Lisa for facials, peels, and microneedling. They’ve helped transform my acne-prone, textured skin and I’ve seen such an improvement, it’s truly thriving now! Both Stephen and Lisa are not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also so personable and welcoming. Every visit feels comfortable, and I always know I’m in the best hands. The staff overall are wonderful, and the facility carries a great selection of high-quality products that they actually take the time to explain and recommend. I was a little nervous because I have had several treatments at another place and it was painful. Lisa was great and it was pain free. I was highly surprised but glad. This facility is clean and welcoming.
